It was 1991 and Cuba was in the midst of a terrible economic crisis and problems of all kinds. In that year, exactly on August 10, my sister and I turned 15 years old. Everyone at home was very hurt because they could not celebrate our 15th birthday party. However, my mother always told us not to worry and that maybe something would come up.

Lo anterior lo digo porque lo que hizo mi mamá y que tiene que ver con mi mejor momento tiene mayor relevancia.
Corría el año 1991 y Cuba estaba hundida en una terrible crisis económica y problemas de todo tipo. En ese año, exactamente el 10 de agosto, mi hermana y yo cumplimos 15 años.
