La vida hay que vivirla y disfrutarla, y nada mejor que compartir un pequeño dulce con mi familia aunque no les time foto a ellos jejej, los profiteroles son de esos dulces que me gustan mucho pero que los como de vez en cuando ya que tienen mucha grasa.
Pero el chocolate y el relleno de crema pastelera es tan delicioso 😋, que es de estas delicias de la vida que hay que disfrutar, se que muchas personas se abstienen de comer estas cosas, pero lo que hace daño es el exceso, de vez en cuando no hace daño si lo quemamos luego haciendo cualquier tipo de ejercicios.
Soy una persona que le gusta mucho los dulces, y que de vez en cuando me doy mis buenos gustos pero en porciones pequeñas y compartido, quees lo mejor compartir lo que nos gusta con los que amamos.
