[ESP-ING] Pedir Ayuda || Siendo Humanos

En la vida tenemos que aprender a contar con las personas que tenemos a nuestro alrededor, es bueno poder contar con personas o saber con quienes podemos contar en momentos determinados.

Creo que soy una persona que le cuesta pedir ayuda, aunque eso no es malo al contrario es muy beneficioso ya que todos necesitamos apoyo en algún momento de la vida, pues existen ciertas circunstancias que no podemos controlar y esto claro que lo aprendí a los golpes.

Crecí siendo una persona autosuficiente, resolviendo los problemas por mi cuenta, siempre pensando que no necesitaba de nadie para salir adelante o para hacer cualquier otra cosa en la vida, pero cuan equivocada estaba y lejos de toda verdad, ya que como humanos siempre vamos a necesitar de otras personas que nos tiendan una mano, sea en el trabajo, la vida diaria o cualquier momento de nuestra vida.

Tenía la idea errada de que pedir ayuda era una muestra de debilidad o incompetencia, y realmente es todo lo contrario, ya que pedir ayuda demuestra que somos personas confiables, humanas que podemos errar o necesitamos de otros, además fortalece las relaciones interpersonales y nos hace sentir menos abrumados y más ligeros.

Pedir ayuda nos hace reconocer nuestras propias limitaciones, además nos ayuda a adquirir nuevos conocimientos, como dicen dos cabezas piensan más que una, y eso podemos lograrlo pidiendo ayuda, además es un acto de amor propio pues ya que nos permite fortalecer el autoestima, nos hace personas humildes capaces de entender que tenemos nuestras limitaciones.

Creo que uno de los momentos de mayor quiebre de mi vida fue cuando murió mi mamá, no sabía que hacer, no tenía todos los recursos necesarios para su entierro y quiero decir que ese fue uno de esos momentos más duros, donde necesite toda la ayuda posible y allí entendí que debía pedir ayuda.

No faltaron manos para ayudarme, sobre todo personas de la familia, allí se me quito toda la vergüenza y la autosuficiencia, entendí que algunas veces necesitamos de otros, de manos amigas que nos apoyen, ¿que es lo peor que puede pasar? Que nos digan no, por ello la ayuda debe venir de personas que le tengamos toda la confianza.

Pedir ayuda alivia la carga emocional, el estrés, la carga mental y nos da ánimo, somos humanos y simplemente necesitamos de otros.

I think I'm a person who finds it hard to ask for help, although that's not bad, on the contrary it's very beneficial since we all need support at some point in life, because there are certain circumstances that we can't control and of course I learned this the hard way.

An example of the constant complaint that I know that concerns many Venezuelans and I am sure that some Cubans, and others where the electricity service is constantly going out can suffer from complaints and you will tell me, is that this complaint is well-founded, but it is still a complaint, I have been able to see many WhatsApp statuses of people who curse and even say thousands of rude things when the power goes out, And of course, we pay for a service that is constantly being Venezuela, an oil-rich country that generates electricity and also gives electricity to other countries, it is something incongruous.

I don't mean by this that at some point I'm not bothered because the power goes out, especially at night when I'm going to bed, but the point is that we don't gain anything by complaining and cursing and saying I don't know how many things, on the contrary we lose peace, so this has made me think about what I can do to spend those hours productively, And imagine when I wrote this post I did it when I didn't have

I grew up being a self-sufficient person, solving problems on my own, always thinking that I didn't need anyone to get ahead or to do anything else in life, but how wrong I was and far from all truth, since as humans we are always going to need other people to lend us a hand, whether at work, daily life or any moment of our life.

I had the mistaken idea that asking for help was a sign of weakness or incompetence, and it is really the opposite, since asking for help shows that we are trustworthy, human people who can make mistakes or need others, it also strengthens interpersonal relationships and makes us feel less overwhelmed and lighter.

Asking for help makes us recognize our own limitations, it also helps us to acquire new knowledge, as they say two heads think more than one, and we can achieve that by asking for help, it is also an act of self-love because it allows us to strengthen.

There was no lack of hands to help me, especially people from the family, there all shame and self-sufficiency were removed, I understood that sometimes we need others, friendly hands to support us, what is the worst that can happen? That they say no, so help must come from people we trust.

Asking for help relieves the emotional burden, the stress, the mental load and gives us encouragement, we are human and we simply need others.
