Hoy es un día súper especial estamos de fiesta ya que Hive está cumpliendo tres años, lo cual me llena de mucho orgullo y satisfacción,yo apenas llevo un año en esta maravillosa blockchain y en este corto tiempo he conocido mucha gente buena honda que hacen vida acá y de las cuales he aprendido y me han demostrado que somos una gran familia, espero seguir creciendo cada día más y poder seguir disfrutando de muchos cumpleaños de Hive.
Así que para celebrar este tercer aniversario lo he hecho de una de las formas que más me gusta con una deliciosa receta desde una de mis comunidades favoritas @hivefood así que les estaré compartiendo esta deliciosa receta de un exquisito Yogurt de Piña.

So to celebrate this third anniversary I have done it in one of the ways I like the most with a delicious recipe from one of my favorite communities @hivefood so I will be sharing this delicious recipe for a delicious Pineapple Yogurt.

Los ingredientes que utilice para esta receta son los siguientes.

Ingredientes.

• 400 Gr de leche en polvo.
• 2 Litros de agua.
• 180 Gr de yogurt natural.

para la mermelada utilice.

• 1 Kilo de piña.
• 1Taza de azúcar.
• 1/4 de taza de agua.
• 1/2 Cdita de cúrcuma.

The ingredients I used for this recipe are as follows.

Ingredients.

• 400 grams of powdered milk.
• 2 liters of water.
• 180 gr of natural yogurt.

for the jam use.

• 1 Kilo of pineapple.
• 1 cup of sugar.
• 1/4 cup of water.
• 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric.

Pasemos a su elaboracion.

Lo primero que realice fue la mermelada de piña.

Let's move on to its elaboration.

The first thing I made was the pineapple jam.

• Cortamos la piña en cubos pequeños y colocamos en una olla, colocamos en la cocina a fuego bajo dejo cocinar por un tiempo aproximado de tres minutos y vemos como va desprendiendo si propio jugo.

• Cut the pineapple into small cubes and place in a pot, place on the stove over low heat and let it cook for about three minutes and see how it releases its own juice.

• Luego agregamos la taza de azúcar y el cuarto de taza de agua removemos bien hasta que el azúcar se disuelva dejamos cocinar a fuego bajo.

• Then add the cup of sugar and the quarter cup of water stir well until the sugar dissolves and cook over low heat.

• Le agregamos la curcuma el cual va a resaltar su color y a su vez nos aporta sus beneficios, removemos y retiramos del fuego cuando notemos que ya está espeso.

• Luego lo agregue en un envase y lo deje reposar

• Una vez frío se los coloque a estos tres envases para colocarles encima el yogurt,y el resto de la mermelada la reserve.

Ahora sí mis amores pasemos a realizar nuestro Yogurt el cual es muy beneficioso para nuestro organismo

• Coloco la leche en polvo en los dos litros de agua y mezclo bien hasta que se integre, saco una taza de la leche y la reservo en un envase aparte.

• Ahora llevamos la leche a la cocina a fuego medio y cuando vaya a empezar a hervir la apagamos.
• Retiramos del fuego y dejamos reposar.
• Para saber si la temperatura es la adecuada debemos introducir el dedo meñique y si aguantamos contar hasta diez está perfecta para agregar el yogurt.

• En la taza de la leche que había reservado vierto el yogurt y lo mezclo bien hasta disolver.

• Luego le agrego la preparación a la leche tibia.

• De inmediato vieeto una cantidad a los envases que tenía reservados con la mermelada de piña.

• les coloco su tapa y a otro solo le coloco una bolsita plástica y aseguro con una liga para que quede bien cerrado.

• I put the lid on them and on another one I just put a plastic bag and secure it with a rubber band so that it is well closed.

• El resto de la preparación lo vierto en un envase refractario le coloco una bolsa plástica y luego su tapa.

• Para mantenerlos calientitos y se pueda realizar su proceso de fermentación, coloco en una cava una manta y luego coloco el yogurt, por un tiempo aproximado de 8 horas.
• Transcurrido este tiempo retiro y llevo a la nevera por tres horas, y de esta forma ya podemos disfrutar de un delicioso Yogurt de Piña.

• To keep them warm and the fermentation process can take place, I place a blanket in a cellar and then place the yogurt in it for approximately 8 hours.
