Lately, I have been super stressed and you don't just wanna know what's stressing me out.
But trust me, amid the stress, I do try my best to take care of my health cause it is very important. For weeks now, I have been suppressing any form of sickness or illness that would want to show up now at this critical period. I know it's been a while since I was diagnosed of any sort of illness or sickness that needs treatment and medication. I also do know that it's high time I do something about my health before it completely knocks me down or the sickness takes me unawares.
I have had sleepless nights due to fever, sneezing and coughing, catarrh, cold, itchy and sour throat, headaches, and all other forms of uneasiness. I literally drink water, rest a bit and take just panadol hoping to be fine the next day, and that wish happens to often come true for me.
And I pray that for the next two months or a month and a few weeks, my body will keep holding on until I am done with everything stressing me out so I can deal with it and take proper care of my health.
I know that what I am doing at the moment isn't right. I mean putting my health aside for what so ever reason, yes I know it's not right but like you know, we humans are always awarded the chance of making choices and although we know that most of the choices we make aren't the best but we still see ourselves making those choices either way.
I am not happy to make that choice of putting my health aside and though my health is a priority, I still make excuses and put it aside.
But all the same, I do know what's right and what's wrong even when I preferred the latter choice I made and I really wouldn't need to regret it cause I will have myself to blame if ever anything happens which I don't pray for cause it won't be a funny one :(
Yes I know I am stressed and I can't even lie about that, but I have a few tips that help me during my stressful days and period. There are a few ways I cope with the stress and feel relieved a bit. I wouldn't wanna share those tips with you guys now until I am up for the task or for that topic. I bet that will be my next topic of discussion so feel free to check me up when you can for those tips that help me get relieved of stress.
