Wow those are some cool shots! I am not sure what I love so much about the texture of rust in photographs or the stories something abandoned tells.
In Canada, being such a wide and sprawling country, you would think that rail would be much more relevant than it is. Now, with trade decreasing directly from the south, it will resurge a little but time will tell. I can't imagine the government investing in rail lines headed to the remote north here when the bulk of transport is not needed and they can send trucks on decent roads when needed.
Neat to consider and discuss as Hive brings another neat perspective and concept to me!
