En el día de hoy les compartire otra rutina de fuerza, está si es más específica para ganar fuerza, como pueden ver empezamos con front lever en dado caso que no tengas esa progresión, puedes hacerla en half, si no tienes está tampoco hazlo en advanced pero sacando un poco más las piernas hacia adelante. Luego más adelante si obtienes más fuerza hazlo en front lever. Al finalizar este ejercicio le sigue un set de básico realmente es fácil 4-3-3 lo puse sencillo porque estamos teniendo tensión al mismo tiempo. Seguimos al siguiente que es una negativa en straddle, solamente una pero tienen que bajar lento para que tenga efecto este ejercicio, vamos al siguiente muchachos que es front lever raises, si no la tienes en full vuelvo y repito para evitar lesiones hazla en half, si no la tienes en half entonces en advanced.

El siguiente ejercicio que le sigue es hacer una marcada a straddle planche y luego en hacer una push ups en tuck, también debemos de aguantar unos segundos en tuck planche, ahora vienen básicos más específicos que son los habituales que solemos hacer dominadas y fondos en esye mundo del StreetWorkout, para finalizar está rutina hacemos pulls ups de tuck advanced+ aguante. Bien muchachos los descansos son de la siguiente manera, entre series son 2 minutos una vez terminado cada ejercicio son 3 minutos de descanso para que el cuerpo descanse 1 minuto más para pasar al siguiente, ánimo muchachos!
