New York City checks out in most of the checklist but it has a few issues such as affordable housing because New York City is one of the most expensive cities in the world. Traffic Jams are inescapable which is people use Subways to bypass them and another problem is that the streets are littered which leads to pollution. New York City has to invest a lot into their city because they are fine otherwise but they should investigate more into the roots of the problem to solve it.
