Breast feeding is one of the most wonderful things a mother can do for her child. During pregnancy,the Coopers ligaments ,which are bands that attaches the chest to the muscle and provide support, are stretched along with the skin. This is a direct result of the increase in bust size women experience during pregnancy. To prevent sagging of breast permanently the woman can fellow this two steps: 1. Eat food that are rich in fibre. 2. Wear a good breast feeding supportive bra always even when sleeping. The bra will hold the breast in position thereby creating an opportunity for the fibre to help the Cooper's ligament to create new bands. You can wear d bra for at least 2 months to get an effective result. I have tried this method on many women and their was outstanding results. Give me a vote if this was helpful.
