Primalbase.com is creating an entirely new model for shared workspaces. They have created a system where cryptographic tokens represent membership to their co-working space. As of 3/5/19, this token is valued at $6,000. Token holders are able to lease their membership to other individuals. Due to market conditions, the current rental price for a desk is just 20 dollars a month. This is far below co-working prices of traditional facilities. Primalbase locations are as follows:

I don’t believe market conditions will stay like this for long. If you have Eth and are interested in renting a workspace for a heavily discounted price, take advantage of this opportunity before its too late. Frankly, I wish they had a facility near me. The prices in the states are ridiculous!
