Visualise your day beforehand: mentally do a rundown of all the tasks you wish to complete. Visualise completing them without interruption, procrastination or distraction.
Prioritise your top 3: Out of all the tasks you have to do prioritise which 3 need your immediate attention. Do these tasks first so the rest of your day will be a breeze.
Find the good in all things: Things may try to stress you out today but hey! You're a Queen no big deal, count to 10
Do something you LOVE: Reward yourself by doing something you LOVE even if it's 5 - 10 minutes.
