You see, If you don't take positive affirmations seriously, you are joking with your life outcomes, leaving it to chance. Note I said "YOUR CLEAR GOALS". Not the one someone set for you but a personalized goal.
Life always, and I mean, always! throw curve balls at each one of us. Health wise. Business front. Relationships and even marriage but a clear picture of what you want with a constant reminder that you are putting your all into achieving success and your goals, always transcends.
So, a great way to have this constant reminder is through affirmations. Truly, the first few attempts at positive affirmations might feel awkward. It did happen to me, especially when you affirm something entirely different from what you are currently experiencing.
You would be tempted to feel crazy. But "who normal epp?" 😁
Are you feeling overwhelmed with your goals already, write down in present tense, how you feel after achieving your results.
For instance, I want to self publish, mine will go somewhat like this...
"What an incredible author I am with a bestseller affecting lives and changing trajectories".
You can have these in different aspects of your life.
