Steemit uganda has been in existence for now 8 months but as been steadily increasing. Why???
Explaining this, I will beginning with how it started. As soon as I got a phone call from my university friend @jaraumoses explaining to me about Steemit, I join the platform and we started working together.
We started informing all the people studied with and other people about about Steemit. After sometime two of our friends ( @tesaganewton, and @musamalijames ) started working together as a team. Because we had been together for sometime before, it was easily for use to work together as a team.
The fact is? we are Uganda Christian University alumnus, we influenced other alumnus and students to join the team. Very many people have joined us and are doing promotions together with as a team.
We are all working together as brothers and sisters toward create a big community.
This secret is the regular meetings between steeminias.
Whenever we meet we encourage each other to work toward our common goal of promoting steemit.

Reason why people should work together as a team.
Apply a mix of skills. If you work as an individual, somethings you can do alone but as we come together as a team what we can't do is done buy other person in the team.
Combining individual activities together toward a common goal of promoting Steemit. When we work together as a team we combined our activities together toward common goal of promoting Steem.
Solve complex problems together. The problem with most of us in Africa is that we think we can do all the it alone.
Getting commitments. Helping one to make money on steemit is tiresome but because we work together we can ever be recharged. We recommit to our goal every time we meet.
Creating new ideas. When we come together we create ideas that can change the world around us.
The community we create together give people a sense of belonging.
Help each other to develop. When we come to gether we learn from each other and develop.
My advice all new steemianies is that you should help you friend to join the platform If they don't join find the people who are interested and work with them.
That is why you should promote and create a team.
