Some of you might have seen my post from 14 days ago, about some start-up looking for US business owners to offer them their CC processing service to.
Finally I can go into full detail, about who that start-up is, what's unique about their service, their ICO, and most importantly - their marketing partnership program.

They are the creators of the world’s first SaaS cloud-based POS and inventory control system and besides of the above payment processing, 6npay offers those management tools, a marketplace for inter business purchases, tools for managing a loyalty program, generating coupons electronically and more
AXS Tokens ICO
Additionally to the 1.26%, 6npay charge merchants 40$ a month per point of sale (POS). (Prices seem to vary from 0$ a month to 50$, although the other fees are higher among other CC processors). That payment may ONLY be made through AXS tokens.
Right now both merchants and investors can enjoy upto 90% discount, depending on how many tokens are currently sold. As per the following chart
Another incetive merchants and investors have, is that the base value of token will rise, once certain milestones are reached.
To explain this quickily: once 100,000,000 tokens are sold, their base value rises to 20$ per token, meaning only 2 tokens are needed to pay the monthly fee for one POS. Once 230,000,000 tokens are sold, each token will cover 40$ of said fee. Obviously regardless of whether the merchant bought it for 1$ at the ICO yesterday, or from one of the investors for 39.99$ after the value was bumped to 40$.
Further more, once 180,000,000 tokens are redemeed (used by merchants to pay the monthly fee), the token value rises to 60$. Once 270,000,000 are redeemed, the token reaches it's maximum price (of 80 dollars) and the monthly fee per POS can be paid with only half a token.
Marketing Partnership Program
6npay reserves 10,000,000 tokens for people who help promote their product. Anyone who is accepted into their marketing team, and creates approved content that generates organic traffic, will earn points during the campaign. Once the campaign is over, the 10,000,000 tokens will be divided among the marketing partners, proportionally to the amount of points each of them earned.
