If the oldies of steemit will notice the fact that Steemit in Ghana particularly Ashanti region is growing rapidly then this my piece will not call for any argument
I came into steemit not long time ago. But if anyone could see Steemit spreading in Ghana most particular Ashanti region, then its not by any magic nor sake of growing sake. However, its the 'donkey' way of working by the leaders of the Ashanti team which comprises @anaman @mcsamm @collinz @jeeandme and that of @odsam2.
As if they get paid for winning people for steemit and helping people to sustain in steemit. Day in and day out, these guys bring out something lucrative for the benefit of the Ashanti team. I am a leader who heads an institution so I know how difficult it is when dealing with people from different background especially when leading people to learn something new like steemit. Steemit is not ordinary social media platform like the others we know, so the frustration you go through as a newbie is too difficult to express as a newbie.
However, these guys never give up on us but always open their hands to welcome any challenges we encounter as newbies. I must say without any favour or bias that, if I hadn't meet these guys, I would have quit blogging on steemit. Simply because the frustrations I was going through was too much for me to bear. But there wasn't a single moment these guys turn their back on me whenever I call them for help.
@mcsamm
At first I thought @ackza has employed them to spread steemit in Ghana and get paid for, not knowing its just a sacrificial job they are doing as the leaders of the team. There's nothing that @ackza will instruct them to do that they don't do. They are selfless, competent, hardworking and passionate about steemit. I don't know how they came together to form the team, but the kind of unity cohesion and among them is like they are siblings from one parent. This make the Ashanti team so lovely and attractive to join. Infact lemme commend them for their outstanding and 'donkey' way of helping to spread the good news of steemit. If I have the power, I would have given each person 50 SBD now. Kudos and continue the do the good work and the world is watching.
