Guess Who's Coming To Dinner?

This past Sunday, mid afternoon, I had a nice little surprise!

As some of you know, who follow me, my youngest moved out to her own apartment for 3 months, to help an overseas colleague who is visiting the States for that time. They apartment is pad for by the company, so, its fairly risk free.

Still, it was such a nice night, with my youngest returning home for the evening to visit, play some games, laugh and generally be with family. My little one is doing well at work, getting recognized and rewarded for her hard work, and even being Sent Overseas to London for her second trade show, in a year! It felt great to have her back even if for only one night.

Note Above: I made one of her favorite dishes, Cranberry Chicken with French Onion Dip. A fresh salad for all, and some Egg Noodles as a side dish. The lettuce, and some of the celery were from my garden... soon, the tomato, carrot, pepper, and onion will be as well.

GroVid22 Update: At least one Pepper of each variety has germinated. Onion and Chives have as well. Potato are chitting well, and ready for March 15 planting outside. March 15, the tomato will get seeded, too, under the grow lights.
