For the third day running I have spent the whole day at home, and most of the day working on my "5 habits" as well as making a video and setting up a broadcast to my list...
Not too bad!
I should also mention that it is the fifth day off the sauce! On Monday I was playing footsal, on Tuesday I had my second vaccination, and since then I have been in vaccination recovery mode. Well, I'm fine today, but thought I'd hang out for another day off the booze. Mind you, when Saturday comes, a bunch of those free beers I picked up at the doctor's on Tuesday are going straight into the fridge...
Ahem, back to today's activities.
Habit #1: Do 10 Press-ups
I'm back in the routine now, so this habit went off smoothly, just the same as yesterday, with a couple of exercises flanking the press-ups. I kept to just 10 press-ups and didn't do any weightlifting. Maybe I'll start again with the weights tomorrow..
Habit #3: Chess Study
I spent a lot of time on chess this morning. First of all I reviewed eight opening variations of the Nimzo-Indian defence that I'd studied on Wednesday and Thursday.
Then I studied six variations for today, or one more than necessary to complete the activity. That took me through the rest of the Nimzo-Indian Defence and the King's-Indian Defence as well.
30 Day Challenge: My Latest Chess Video
Today is the day I scheduled to make a video as part of the #ctpcontent challenge. I was thinking about making a crypto-related video, but I really fancied testing my ability to remember some of the opening variations of the Nimzo Indian Defence that I've studied this week.
So that's what I did! It took several retakes to get done, and I had to do it in two parts and splice it together.
Anyway, here's the result:
I published a more detailed post about the video in the chess community on the Hive blockchain over at:

Habit #2: Promote My Squeeze Page
I mentioned yesterday that for two days I had had no new subscribers joining my list. No sooner had I published yesterday's blog post than I got an email from Sendsteed notifying me that someone had joined my list. Then I received three more!
Today I promoted my squeeze page on ListSurfing, MyTrafficPlanet, and my own site, EliteDownlineBuilder.
Before I could send a mailshot on ListSurfing I had to surf 50 pages to reactivate the account. While doing that I also surfed TrafficAdBar and TrafficG.
Habit #5: Lucrece Paper
Next I read a translation of Saint Augustine's account of Lucretia, which homes in on her act of suicide.
After that I read a modern text version of the section in Geoffrey Chaucer's poem, The Legend of Good Women, that deals with Lucrece. Chaucer has her swoon just before Sextus rapes her.
30 Day Challenge: Broadcasting To My Subscribers
Also on the #ctpcontent calender for today is another "broadcast" to my list, the second in three days - most unusual for me!
Today I decided to focus on the 25% annual interest rate that you can secure if you lock your FUN tokens on the FreeBitcoin website for one year.
Here's the text of the broadcast:
Does Your Bank Offer You 25% Interest On Your Savings? No? Try This Instead...
[Greeting]
Two weeks ago FreeBitco.in were offering a limited-time deal where you could earn a whopping 45% APY on your FUN tokens for a 15 day period.
That offer has finished now, and my 50,000 FUN tokens will "mature" tomorrow, netting me a cool 924 extra FUN tokens in just 15 days. :)
Guess what I'm going to do with all 50,924 FUN tokens next...
Yup, I'm going to lock them in for a full year to earn 25% APY! - A bit more than the banks are paying right now!
(Note, you can lock your FUN tokens for shorter periods and still earn very nice rates of interest. For example, lock them for a month and you will earn at a rate of 10% APY.)
That's not all you'll earn though!
Locked FUN tokens still count towards your PREMIUM membership of FreeBitcoin - earning you extra spins of the "Wheel of Fortune" every single day.
Spin the wheel and you can win a lot of extra satoshi or reward points (among other prizes) every single day. That way, you keep building your Bitcoin stash while benefitting from holding FUN tokens.
FUN Tokens Hold Their Value
Currently, one FUN token is worth just under 3 cents. The chart, below, shows how well FUN has been holding its value over the last 30 days:

To find out more about FUN Tokens check out https://funtoken.io/
However, I recommend that you buy FUN tokens directly on the FreeBitco.in website where you can earn those high rates of interest and get those free wheel spins every day.
If you don't have a FreeBitco.in account yet, sign up here so you can start earning free Bitcoin satoshi and earning high interest rates on FUN tokens.
Best wishes,

Habit #4 Get This Blog Post Done!
Ho ho, it's done! Now to hit the "Post" button and chill out with Netflix! (I'm kinda addicted to "Suits" at the mo. Bit of a shocker when Megan Markle suddenly appeared in the law firm. LOL!
Cheers!
