The federal government and the central bank of Nigerian ban all form of cryptocurrency activities in the country last year.but despite the ban cryptocurrency has continue to tribe well in the country and this has call for questions on how the citizen are still been able to send cryptos ,buy and even make payment in cryptocurrencys.
Well there is a saying that there are many route to the market and definitely the Nigeria citizens must have been able to device undetected means to carry out crypto activities.
It has been observed there is an increase in cryto transaction from June last year that the government place a ban on it till this year.the transaction of cryto has tremendous incres in the country.
The government and the value of the currency are not helping issues in any way and this has promt more users to look for other effective means in carrying out their business.
The central bank of Nigeria gave a stern warning to all the banks that on no condition should they be involve in any form of crypto related activities . the government then went ahead to freeze the account of those whose businesses involves the use of cryptocurrency
But despite all of this,some trading platform such as paxful and other platform skyrocketed in value showing that more people and more transaction are been carried out in crypto.
It shouldn't be something surprising because the government negligence in handling the economy has force the Nigerians to see and do things differently.
It was observed than more than $400 million transaction was carried As at last year making Nigerian the third highest bit coin traders in the world.up till date,people are getting more involve in crypto as it has proven to be a means of survival for the citizens.
