We have a lot to say and talk about. It has been hard work for many years and we want to start by thanking those who supported our pilot program in the proposal system.
Why pilot? Well, because with this program we want to demonstrate HIVE's capacity to support communities within Venezuela and how much can be done with only 30 HBD per day.
Legal Registration:
In addition to having finalized the registration of our foundation with SAREN, today we were given our Tax Information Registry Number, known as RIF in Venezuela. This allows us to send letters of request for donations to large companies in exchange for tax deductions (something like the 501 c-3 statute in the USA).
Paypal:
We made the opening of a Paypal Bussines for NGO, it was long paperwork and we are not sure if it will last active for being opened from Venezuela, but we hope it can serve to receive donations.

Gofundme:
The gofundme of our foundation has almost 5 months since it was opened. We have not received any large donations, perhaps because it is in Spanish. We will update the information on it so that people who like to help by this means can be sure of what will be done with the money.
Expenses to date:
We have received a total of 62.5 HBD to date and two exchanges have been made to VES (local Fiat), for 50 HBD and 19 HBD respectively.
Following the roadmap of our proposal we have invested the following of the total to be used:
Amount of HBD to be collected in the period of 2 Months: 30 HBD Daily, 1535.5 HBD Total at the end of the collection.
- 19 HBD / 307.1 HBD: Purchase of Medicines for primary care for older adults.
- 0 HBD / 307.1 HBD: Social and food activities in low-income communities to assist underweight youth and seniors.
- 0 HBD / 76.775 HBD: Create and promote ads content in social networks for Latin America talking about our sponsor (HIVE BLOCKCHAIN). Working on media.
- 50 HBD / 76.775 HBD: Administrative expenses: sheets, pens, transportation to the communities, purchase of containers, plates, plastic cups.
- 0 HBD / 614.2 HBD: PowerUp to the main account @fundacoven.
- 0 HBD / 153.55 HBD: Emergency fund for eventualities.
We will prioritize the purchase of medicines and the Power Up for the moment, the administrative expenses had to be used entirely for the payment of the registration with SENIAT. We will take advantage of this document to ask for donations from large local companies.

All the expenses will be exposed in our weekly report as it was exposed in the proposal 187 in the proposal system.

Tenemos muchas cosas que decir y que conversar. A sido un trabajo arduo durante muchos años y queremos empezar por agradecer a quienes apoyaron nuestro programa piloto en el sistema de propuestas.
¿Por qué piloto? Pues, porque con este programa queremos demostrar la capacidad de HIVE para brindar apoyo a comunidades dentro de Venezuela y lo mucho que se puede hacer con tan solo 30 HBD diarios.
Registro Legal:
Además de haber finalizado el registro de nuestra fundación ante SAREN, el dia de hoy nos hicieron entrega de nuestro Número de Registro de información Fiscal, conocido como Rif en Venezuela. El mismo nos permite hacer llegar cartas de solicitud de donativos a empresas grandes a cambio de la deducción de impuestos (algo así como el estatuto 501 c-3 en USA).
Paypal:
Realizamos la apertura de un Paypal Bussines para ONG, fue un largo papeleo y no tenemos certeza si durará activo por ser abierto desde Venezuela, pero esperamos pueda servir para recibir donativos.
Gofundme:
El gofundme de nuestra fundación posee ya casi 5 meses desde que se aperturó. No hemos recibido ningún donativo grande, quizás porque esta en español. Actualizaremos la información del mismo para que las personas que les gusta ayudar por ese medio tengan certeza de lo que se hará con el dinero.
Gastos hasta la fecha:
Hemos recibido un total de 62.5 HBD hasta la fecha y se han realizado dos canjes a VES (Fiat local), por concepto de 50 HBD y 19 HBD respectivamente.
