A method for producing PRP or platelet-rich plasma.
Human whole blood contains an average of 180-350 thousand platelets in 1 ml of its volume. To achieve a therapeutic, rejuvenating effect, plasma rich in platelets is injected. That is, the separation of other shaped blood elements (erythrocytes, leukocytes) is carried out with plasma enrichment with platelets.
Most Plasmolifting prp tubes are ordered from us.
Plasma is used for PRP-plasmolifting, the platelet content in which is about 1.2-2 million in 1 ml of volume, the so-called PRP layer. Obtaining such plasma is possible using the YCELLBIO kit. It is a special container in which whole blood is placed and centrifugation is carried out. Under the action of inertia forces, various shaped blood elements are separated into 3 layers depending on their mass: erythrocyte, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet-poor plasma (PPP). This is what distinguishes this technology from classical Plasmolifting, where blood is divided into only 2 fractions without PRP formation.
The kit allows you to get 1-2 ml of PRP from 13-15 ml of whole blood. At the same time, the multiplicity of the increase in the number of platelets in comparison with whole blood is 7-9 times. The resulting plasma is then used for the PRP-plasmolifting procedure.
Indications for PRP-plasmolifting.
The PRP-plasmolifting procedure is carried out to revitalize skin areas in such conditions:
the presence of skin wrinkles of varying severity and depth;
dry skin with reduced tone;
ptosis (omission) of skin areas due to a significant decrease in its elasticity;
connective tissue scars and striae (sprains);
acne (acne) and post-acne (visible skin changes after acne);
the presence of hyperpigmentation areas is the content of a significant amount of melanin pigment, which gives a more intense color to the skin;
restoration of the skin after plastic procedures and invasive interventions.
The PRP-plasmolifting revitalization procedure due to the influence of platelet growth factors makes it possible to increase the elasticity of the skin, its blood supply, restore epithelial cover, increase the number of collagen and elastic fibers by stimulating fibroblasts. As a result, the patient receives the following effects:
restoration of a healthy complexion;
the disappearance of "bags" under the eyes;
elimination of age-related skin changes;
smoothing wrinkles;
restoring the skin after its chemical or ultraviolet damage and inflammation.
The procedure of PRP therapy, in addition to cosmetology, is also used in trichology - for alopecia (hair loss), dentistry - for periodontitis, gingivitis, in gynecology - in case of inflammatory processes.
