Progress
The last week has been rough. I'm going back to school this semester to finish my Master's degree. School starts next week and so this week we found an apartment and moved back down to Logan. As such, things have been crazy and I have not kept up with the prospective memory exercises, but I have still been making notes in my dream journal. I'm remembering on average about two dreams a night.

Why Lucid Dream
Lucid dreaming gives you the freedom to do things that you could not do in the waking world. But it is also a very powerful tool for making the things of your dreams a reality. If you intentionally rehearse things in your dreams you will start to form neural pathways, habituating your body and mind to the reality that you are rehearsing in your dreams.
If you think about it our physical reality is 99.9999996% energy, since atoms are mostly composed of empty space and energy with a small amount of measurable mass. Therefore there is not that much difference between dreams and reality, just 0.0000004%. Dreams are not that far from reality.
