Mutton Pulao Eid ul Adha Special Recipe. Today I am sharing the most requested dish of Mutton Yakhni Pulao, it is enjoyed mostly in northern region of India. It is served with hot gravy and the taste is divine. On the festival of Eid Ul Ada/ Bakra Eid enjoy this delicious pulao with your friends and relatives. Mutton Pulao is a very simple yet tasty recipe in which mutton is cooked first and then again cooked along with rice to give a great taste and aroma to the rice along with mutton pieces.
Ingredients:
1. Mutton Champ (Chops) 1/2 kg

5. Garlic / Ginger 2
6. Oil ½ cup
