I'm taught to do good and be good. My parents expect me to take initiative and help out when it's needed. And I try to practice this as much as I can. When I see an old person carrying heavy things, I ask if they need a hand. When I see a short person at the supermarket trying to reach something on the top shelf, I help take it down for them. When I see a baby crying, I put my hand over the mouth to protect others from their annoying sounds, just kidding, I check to see if they're ok. I think you get the picture.
My friends on the other hand tells me that "no good deed goes unpunished". I didn't really understand what they were trying to tell me so they said they'll demonstrate.
I gotta tell you, demonstrations drive the lesson home better than anything else. I won't be helping anyone anytime soon, also I got a concussion so I need time to heal
I nominate @amimohan and @doobby to do an entry for #comedyopenmic.
