After 12 weeks, no-one has managed to crack the code, so here (as promised) is the solution.....
The cypher is as follows -

And the solution is -
"bluebook investments is the first company to exist purely in cyberspace and be registered on a blockchain"
Now, how do we get to the solution....
The first thing is to assign each letter of the alphabet with a number from 1 to 26 (A=1, B=2, C=3.....Z=26), a space is assigned the number 27.
The next thing is to get the first 104 digits of Pi

We then take the first letter of the message to be encoded, in this case "b", and find its numerical value, which is 2
We take the first number of the Pi sequence, and add this to the numberical value of "b", which gives "5", and then convert this back to a letter, which is "e"
Repeating this for the first word of "bluebook" results in the first part of the cypher of "emyfgxqq"
The next character in the cypher is a "space", and this has been allocated the number 27. We take the next number in the Pi sequence, which is "5", and add it to the "27", giving "32". As this is over 27, we subtract 27 from the total, leaving "5", which becomes "e"
So far, we have "emyfgxqqe"
As we continue through the cypher, it gradually reveals the message, and gives a known fact about Bluebook Investments.
Now onto the prize....
