I've learned that when we are down, or depressed, or stuck in some kind of hurt, habit, or hangup life can be really rough. Fortunately there is hope. In the bible there is this epic story about Moses and the children of Israel who are caught in bondage in the land of Egypt. God miraculously delivers them as Moses declares "Let My People Go". I find great hope in this in that God's desire is that I be free from bondage. If I put my hope and trust in Him then there is always a way even when there seems to be no way.
