This time of the year inspires people to reconsider their health, and how they can upgrade it with new energy for a successful outcozme. Many try to adjust their behavior and can uphold their new health regime for a period of time, but few are successful in the long run, for it isn’t only our behaviors that must change, but a shift in consciousness that gives us the energetic fertile internal foundation for our behaviors to really be lasting.
When I have questions about health, I don’t go to a physician as many people do. Physicians are trained in illness. I first go inside myself to tune into my own personal alignment with well being. Then if I get stumped, I go to the healthiest person I now who truly lives health. I go to someone who has a vast awareness and knowledge about health from personal experience, who has no agenda to make money off of me, and who believes that anything is possible.
@quinneaker is such a person for me, as I have seen him go from being a sickly child to the healthiest and most physically capable being I know. He has pushed his body on his own accord to become a well defined world class bodybuilder, has excelled in every sport he has ever played and any physical challenge that has come his way, and has been sick only once in 18 years (which was only for about 24 hours). I have never seen him take a pharmaceutical--not even an aspirin (even when he was stabbed 8 times). He is astoundingly strong especially for his thin stature, he is agile, flexible, and extremely quick! He understands food alchemy as well as how things affect the physical body, and beyond that, he is extremely tuned into the natural way the body is meant to thrive, and the source that dictates the underlying energetics that is the primary key to everything.
Quinn has shared some of his knowledge and perspective in his book Full Spectrum Health which goes deeper than just ideas about diet or an exercise routine. He delves into the true awareness and state of consciousness that is available to us all for thrival.

It is quite possible that being addicted to food, drugs, or alcohol could limit the upgrade potential for New Paradigm consciousness. Thus by simply letting go of such things, far more potential is now available to explore consciousness~
Yet even though this may appear to be a purely physical approach to physical upgrade, it is actually still an energetic shift that is manifesting in physical form~
For one must choose to embrace such a change as giving up a food, drug, or drink and also choose to engage another… Because of this conscious choice, physical change manifests…. So by becoming aware of this, one can realize how one is ALLways existing in energetics. Without an awareness of this, there is no ability to operate from this consciousness*
I have learned from Quinn that my energetics dictate my experience, so changing where I am coming from in what I do really sets the tone for the outcome of everything in life. Game changer on every level! I'm so grateful for this expansive awareness, and give my everyday to remembering the power of conscious perspective.
