Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! | Roasted Citrusy Fennel

Roasted Citrusy Fennel is my contribution to this week´s Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! | Orange.

Ingredients:

• 1 big fennel
• 1 lemon
• 1 mandarin
• 1 blood orange
• 1 teaspoon of sweet red paprika powder
• 1 teaspoon of vegetable salt
• 3 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation:

1. Finely slice lemon, mandarin and orange.
2. Halve fennel and roughly slice it.
   
3. Drizzle it with olive oil and a tablespoon of lemon juice. Add sweet red paprika powder and vegetable salt or salt and toss it well.
   
4. Cover the baking tray with baking paper and place fennel slices and citrus slices on top.
   
5. Place it in a preheated oven at 200C, for about 30-40 minutes.
