We photographed this unusual view of a magnificent black-tailed rabbit (Lepus californicus) to be photographed by Mark Hetheringer on the Amigrant Lake in Jackson County, Oregon. And although it sounds calm and quiet, it is amazing to understand that these tight beings can walk at 30 miles per hour in an hour and can jump at 20 feet. Turtle and rabbit, someone?
