Hello everyone. I will try to post a few diagnostic radiology cases including X-rays, Ultrasound, CT scans, MRIs and contrast investigations from my collection here for my own record and for the members to view and benefit.
I suppose I am too early on steemit for such a niche right now but i hope this will be a good opportunity to keep posting and to keep in touch with my daily medical practice.

Sex : female
Presentation: Sudden onset breathlessness.
Large right hydropneumothorax is present causing complete collapse of right lung with contralateral tracheomediastinal shift.
Immediate post intercostal tube drainage radiograph shows some expansion of collapsed right lung with centralization of trachea and mediastinum.
