Randall’s journey of life has taken him from being raised in New York City to various locations around the world and finally settling in the San Antonio, Texas area. Proud husband to Carmen Collier, father to Ivan and Victoria as well as grandfather to Jolizsa and Azriel.
I spent eight years as a United States Marine and 16 years in law enforcement. Although successful in both, I realize the most rewarding aspects of my work and passion has been from helping people in time of need. My work background, course work and life experiences have provided me the opportunity to gain a true understanding to helping people from all walks of life.
As a detective, I obtained great joy from putting together the puzzle to solving a case and helping people find a solution to their problems.
While satisfying my passion to help people drove me then and as long as I walk this earth. It came at a sacrifice to myself and my family. Everyday walking out the door could have been my last night spent at home with my family. All the days, nights, holidays and special moments I missed with my family could never be recaptured. Even though I knew my family understood the sacrifices, deep down inside it bothered me the fact they had to accept it.
My greatest fear in law enforcement was not something happening to me, but something happening to a family member cause of how I made a living (being a cop). So I knew, I had to find a way to still fulfill my passion of helping people, without it coming as cost to my family.
I always had a fascination with entrepreneurship throughout the years and the internet. I just didn’t understand how people made a living from it. So I scoured the internet trying to learn and this is when I was introduced to Multi Level Marketing. I tried several companies, but just could not find my groove with the marketing methods I was instructed to perform. I realized the very same family members and friends that I was trying to catch up with from the lost sacrificed time, were now avoiding me.
Still not discouraged from wanting to find a way to provide for my family, I “Charged On” the way I was taught in the Marines. I knew I had to find someone that I could trust, respect and had successfully crossed the minefield of making a living online with a game plan. But I also knew, if it was going to happen that I had be able to market on my own terms.
While going through the ups and downs of marketing, I attended a marketing mastermind with my wife in South Florida. Little that I know the mentors, I had been seeking were going to be
placed in my path by way of an older couple from the United Kingdom. Chris and Susan Beesley from day one through their genuine servant leadership and willingness to help created an everlasting friendship. They have been so instrumental to my business, which I hope to pay forward through my passion for helping others.
So at the end of the day, invest in your mind, find a mentor you trust, respect and had successfully crossed the minefield of making a living online with a game plan. So use everything you learn, along with the game plan to help solve other people’s needs and everything else will fall into place.
