On August 31, 2018, Kamikaze was released marking the 10th studio album from the best rapper alive, Eminem. This album was released as an hitback to all his critics who claimed he hasn't dropped dope albums since The Marshall Mathers LP.

The album entails a mixture of intense wordplay and classic rap innovatively crafted together to bring a masterpiece. The album's mainstay are the disses. Most of them to the rap new boys(mumble rappers) while others are just aimed at celebrities). This led to angry reactions, Joe budden replied that "He's better than eminem" and MGK replied with a diss track called "Rap Devil".
Rap isn't as solid as it used to be. Mumble rap is getting worse as time passes by. Eminem's thought of reviving the rap game is commendable but he should have made it a better project. Instead of dissing mumble rappers, it would have been a better idea to revive the rap game by motivating young rappers. Maybe, invest in his record label to pick out more talents.
A lot of talented rappers go over to the "trap" side because there is no support, no popularity and they end up being like the rest rapping about the same thing all over again. Right now, it seems his rap game is declining so it would be a better option to develop the future of rap rather than diss the existing players.
