Children are god's gifts and sew as caretaker, we should take care of them. There are some things parents should do to prevent their children from being raped.
Closely monitor your children's movement.
Be very observant and sensitive. That way, you know what is going on under your roof.
Monitor the type of friends your children have and discourage association with unhealthy friends.
Pray for them and speak positively into their life.
Let them know their bodies belong to them and they should not allow anyone to brainwash them into doing what is not right.
Encourage them to confide in you and tell you everything the things to all sexual abuse.
Try as much as possible to have separate rooms for your male and female children.
Parents should avoid having sex in the presence of their children.
Enlighten your children on the danger of rape.
Be careful of allowing your children to spend the night at a friends house.
Try to know anyone who will be spending considerable time with your children.
If you have a house help or a baby sitter, try to know the person and if you have any funny feeling about the person do something about the situation immediately.
Try to meet and know your children's teacher.
Regularly teach your children about life, sex and its consequences.
