We might have heard that couple of days ago the secretory of economic affair Mr. Subhash chandra garg who is also heading the committee of crypto regulation team said in an interview to ET now news channel that " we are in the final stage to wrap the things related to bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, also after the team evaluation we will pass a draft next month in july what the team has decided regarding it's regulation".
But as we all know after being questioned in the RTI about the regulation and what are the final outcome after being researched and a thorough study regarding crypto currencies the responce by the RBI was shocking as they clearily said that there were no team assigned who is studying or researching cryptocurrency.
So now the question arises now which team is Mr. subhash chandra garg leading if there were no team or experts assigned to study the matter as per the RBI, doesn't this statement seems condratictory.
Whatsoever decision RBI may take in future but they must protect the right of indian crypto community and investors as our indian community is eagrly waiting for some positive responce from RBI and indian government.
