175g plain flour, 1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soft drink, 2 teaspoons preparing powder, 75g cocoa powder, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 3 tablespoons spread, mellowed, 300g caster sugar, 2 eggs, 3/4 teaspoon vanilla quintessence, 250ml drain
The most effective method to make
Preheat the stove to 180 degrees C. Line a bun plate with paper or thwart cases. Filter together the flour, preparing powder, bicarbonate of soft drink, cocoa and salt. Put aside. In an extensive bowl, cream together the margarine and sugar until light and feathery. Include the eggs each one in turn, beating great with every expansion, at that point blend in the vanilla. Include the flour blend on the other hand with the drain; beat well. Fill the paper glasses 3/4's full. Prepare for 15 minutes in the preheated broiler, or until the point when a stick embedded into the cake confesses all. Ice with your most loved icing when cool.
