So how me make an ice cream from wild strawberries?
It's easy! Just four steps!
First what we need:
250 ml of milk
250 ml of sweet cream
3 egg yolks
2 cups of fresh strawberries
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

First we wash the strawberries then we cut them into smaller pieces, we pour them into a bowl where we add 50 g of sugar.

In the bowl with electric stirrer, mix the egg yolks and milk, and then mix the remaining sugar. Pour the mixture into the shrimp and place on the cooker. Cook until boiling and stir constantly - but do not let the mixture boil.

Remove the cooker with mix and wait until the mix cools to room temperature. Then place it in the refrigerator for 3 hours. After this time, pour the mix into the bowl, add sweet cream, vanilla extract and some more strawberries, and mix well all together. Pour the whole mixture into the ice cream machine and follow the manufacturer's instructions. If you don't have ice cream machine, just pour mix into coups and put them into freezer.
