I made this song a couple years ago with some friends of mine, a couple from Malaysia who are both artists and rappers. It was interesting to see them in the studio together, almost like a friendly competition, which is always a good thing. The boyfriend, Noyz134 aka Kenzy Chew wrote the first verse in Malay language and we had to slow him down a couple of times as he was starting the verse slow, but kept speeding up to doubles, then triples! His girlfriend, Supa Mojo aka Joanne Teh wrote the hook and verse in Mandarin, and I saw her jotting down notes into her notebook which already contained lyrics of what goes best with what Noyz134 was rapping about. Recording, mixing and engineering was done by prolific Malaysian producer, D'Navigator.
I wasn't available when they were ready to shoot the video, and it was a job well done by the videographer, Praveen Kumar for his first time shooting a music video. A great job by the entire team overall, and I'm very proud of this project! This has been the last song I produced in the past couple of years, but look forward to making more music soon! One Love!
