The Japanese term for the second grade is: OKUDEN.
Literally, it means: "the inner temple". This name indicates what the essence of the second grade is: you are getting more and more at your center, your real me, the source of your strength.
The second degree is a deepening of what you have experienced with the first degree. By using the second grade for yourself, Reiki will help you become more aware. At the same time, with the second degree, you have a great tool to learn and work towards you.
What did I learn with the second degree Reiki?
Techniques that increase the vibration of the energy by using symbols and mantras. Also some of Usui's original techniques (Gassho Meiso, Reiji-Ho, Joshin Kokyuu-Ho, Byosen ...). And also how to use Reiki symbols to be a channel of energy.
The first degree course works at the physical level; the second degree on the mental (your mind patterns) and emotional level. Two reconciliations (initiation situations) connect you stronger with the energy field and activate the second grade Reiki symbols. Psychological problems and mental / psychological causes of physical problems are solved in a friendly and calm manner.
At level of consciousness, I drilled deeper layers to create spiritual growth.
I lalso earned how to energetically connect with someone through the field of energy, and to give Reiki over the boundaries of time and space. Also treating others remotely. Space (and time) does not affect Reiki's healing power. For yourself, you can work on past, present, and future situations. It is also possible to send Reiki to people and situating that hurt you in the past. You can also reduce the impact in the present. You can free yourself and no longer give your strength to it. Reiki can be sent to situations that you encounter and make them more relaxing. I also learned specific techniques, such as placing a Reiki shower, energetically cleaning a room, a guided session, ...
