Hi !
I thought it was a good idea to do a small update, like a snapshot in the form of a re-introduction post... I wanted this one to be clear and accessible for those who would like to know a bit more about me.
On the other hand, as I'm pretty much opposed to the idea of revealing my entire life on the internet as well as my full identity, so this is going to be an interesting exercise. Give enough for you to get an idea, to draw some contours, a general shape around what I am or am not !

I also feel like this type of article might be a good idea to learn a bit more about each other :)

I think you can define, at least in broad terms, a person's personality, with varying degrees of acuity of course, but it's perhaps easier and more interesting to do it to yourself !
One of my main characteristics is I think a devouring curiosity that was passed on to me at a very early age by my parents. " If it exists, I'm interested " , it's more or less what I tell myself every day. I really like difference and diversity.
This curiosity has made me a real bookworm and I have spent - and continue to spend - hundreds, thousands of hours reading all kinds of books.
One of the last important points to keep in mind to understand me well, is a very young awakening to ecology (the real one, not the one of marketing and greenwashing) and to the understanding of exchanges and the interdependence of each thing with all the others. I quickly became aware of the fragility of the human world, even if we want to believe the contrary :)
That's why the @cleanplanet project is so close to my heart !
It really haunted me in my youth but as is often the case, this sensitivity has become a strength, both the fuel and the engine of my life.
My main interests are therefore Nature and the understanding that it is possible to make of it as a human being, gardening, art, photography, hiking, cooking, exchanging with others, literature, Zen Buddhism and discovering and learning new things, without neglecting, far from it, the improvement of the "old" ones !

I claim to be an anarchist, I don't want chaos, but I refuse all domination (except my submission to Nature) as much on myself as on others ! I love true freedom, the pure and sometimes difficult to hear truth, as well as courtesy and respect for others.
I refuse to accept progress for progress's sake, which does not bring anything visibly good. Are we really living better than 100 years ago ? Yes, there were diseases, premature deaths etc., but has that really changed ? I for one would rather die 20 years earlier than end up with cancer in a squalid nursing home ! Or rather 20 years older, but in good health 😉

As I almost feel like I was born curious, I have always loved literature. As Umberto Eco says: "He who does not read will have lived a single life. He who reads, will have lived 5000 years. Reading is immortality in reverse."
Reading allows one to travel to dimensions one thinks one knows or recognizes and thus one gains experience and reflection, more quickly... All these giants of literature and in the arts have truly worked for the benefit of humanity.
It is therefore natural that I have always wanted to write, it is the only practice that I have encountered and that allows me to try to link everything that interests me through situations and fictional characters but whose roots always come from reality...
For the moment I have finished two novels and about 6 short stories and I will soon present the second novel, it's almost a full time job. We'll see how it goes, but I'll of course keep you informed !

I studied wood and fabric and all this has developed a good eye in me 👁 ! I really enjoy taking photographs of what I like and find interesting, sometimes mundane or in all devalued! I find that everything deserves to be observed with a fresh and unprejudiced look...
I also like drawing, representing simple scenes, insects or animals, but this practice has been replaced by writing and I don't really have time to do it anymore! You have to make choices in order to do something good. All creation requires some sacrifice... more or less painful :)

I have always hiked a lot with my family. I love to hike anywhere, but it's always more intense in natural and preserved environments !
Having everything you really need on your back provides a series of small pleasures that are priceless !
This made me interested in the subject of survival. I'm thinking of doing some articles on this subject soon...
I have mostly travelled in Europe and Morocco, but I prefer excursions in my country from now on, there are always things to discover close to home...
Gardening

My adventure on HIVE
I arrived on Steem in May 2018, I really wish I had discovered this sooner, but there it is ! When Justin took over, I left Steem with no regrets as HIVE was there !
I really enjoyed the addition of the communities here that allow for a centralized location for items of common interest !

I must confess that I haven't always made interesting articles here, but that's the interesting thing about life, it's the room for evolution ! So I've definitely shifted to higher quality content. In my view
For newcomers, it's important not to give in to the urge to post at all costs... Identify your own interests and those of the communities and choose quality over quantity :)
More recently, I've really enjoyed @akipponn's posts and @anggreklestari's posts sharing delicious recipes from Indonesia :)
As you can see, I enjoy the world in all its diversity, so I follow as many different topics as I do articles! I'm a (very modest) manual curator mostly (95% 🙃) but I do like to support authors via the automated HiveVote link trails
