Search: Scientists find new ways to reduce the risk of plastic
Scientists have invented a new system that will reduce the risk of plastic. Scientists have developed a tool that can process the sun's rays and uses sunlight, water and carbon dioxide to produce ethylene gas.
Ethylene gas, which plays a key role in making polyethylene, is used to make plastic, rubber and fiber. The risk of plastic can also be reduced by this new system.

In the year 2015, more than 17 million tonnes of ethylene was produced worldwide. By 2020, its global demand is estimated to increase to 22 million tonnes. The new method also reduces the production of carbon dioxide, which reduces the risk of environmental damage.
