It was a good day. I mean, a REALLY good, solid day. I hit my activity targets my doing 4 hours of trail work, and hit my diet targets solidly. The drive to and from trail work gave me time to listen to a couple of podcasts that enriched my mind.
Here we are, setting up a bed for a pair of 1/3 ton rocks plus numerous smaller ones in a creek crossing. I've also included before and after pictures of a trail segment. This area required carving into the hillside and removing growth as needed to add trail width.
There is a goal at the other end of all this, one that I will share after my first month. For now, I just want to remain focused as best as possible.
