Real Madrid defender Nacho Fernandez said his team's performance was excellent when it beat Borussia Dortmund in the second leg of the Champions League.

Gareth Bale brought Real Madrid ahead with his goal in the 18th minute. After the first half winning 1-0, in the second half Madrid added advantage through goals Cristiano Ronaldo in the 50th minute.
Four minutes after the goal, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang had time to reduce the position. But in the 79th minute Ronaldo scored both goals while ensuring victory for Los Blancos.
"We performed a really good performance, a score of 10 out of 10. We did well in defense or on the offensive," he said.
"Maybe Ronaldo and Bale need a night like today, in a match like this and in this stadium.This is a special night for everyone, but maybe more for both of them," he continued.
