What is the future of work? We are currently living in an economy where our jobs are at risk from artificial intelligence and automation as more and more businesses adopt these technologies. The work models are also changing as the young generation adopt the Gig economy. The industrial revolution changed the mechanical muscle of businesses by giving us tools that we use in businesses such as machines. Currently we are in a technological revolution that is providing us with the mechanical minds that are being used in our businesses. With technology advancement, Artificial intelligence and Machine learning will outperform and replace human jobs where fields such as medicine, law, finance, insurance among other repetitive tasks are at risks.

Does a permanent job have a future as the young generation adopt the decentralized gig economy? Highly skilled individuals are in demand and will also be the most sought out individuals on the gig economy, rLoop is one of the few high technology organizations that has embraced the gig economy where their teams are made of crowdsourced talents who are highly skilled in a decentralized environment. The engineering team has worked in a decentralized environment where they have brought together talents, resources to create unified work environment. Conclusions
A decentralized engineering system eliminates the need of third-party policy makes which is highly favored by the young generation. The rloop decentralized work culture has proven to expand and solidify its collaborative efforts towards technological innovations. The technological advancement has favored engineering innovations, this has further been improved by self-organized organizations and resources where geographical boundaries and centralized decision making don’t matter anymore. The rLoop is one of my favorite blockchain projects, not only has it been in existence for a while now but has also produced an award-winning product (rPod). The blockchain will help with encoding rLoop processes, preserve the work process and expand in collaborative efforts and reach.
