One of the organizations working with a decentralized team is rLoop: an engineering community that is working with crowd-sourced engineers and designers towards the realization of the fifth mode of transport hyperloop. The organization believes the future of work is decentralized they have been able to tap talents in a global scale and achieve the impossible and their product (rPod) has won many awards for being the innovative pod designed by a decentralized community. One of the benefits of blockchain technology is the ability to network a decentralized group of creative individuals in a decentralized environment and manage the processes of co-ordinations and collaborating through the use of distributed ledger technology and the rLoop network. Centralization of the engineering industry has seen challenges that hinders innovation in the industry despite having a global pool of talents.

The future of work is on the blockchain and this has been a debate for the last few years, the new generation adopting the freelance economy and the technological advantages of using blockchain technology features that empowers decentralized communities by giving them tools that promote collaboration and co-ordination of their activities. The crowdsourced team that forms rLoop has proved the future is really decentralized especially in industries that require creative and passionate talents to work on innovative technology.

rLoop plans to use blockchain technology tools and features in order to collaborate and coo-ordinate of activities towards innovative technologies, this are among the features of blockchain technologies that rLoop plans to use:
Immutable records, distributed ledger technology has allowed decentralized communities to work together and store their files and transaction on the blockchain where they are permanently recorded. rLoop has been working, communicating and storing their files on the internet the ability to store their important files on a secure storage network is one of the features that will really help rLoop.
With a decentralized community, rLoop will see a large track of transactions that need to be verified and reviewed, the ability to track the progress of their transactions will allow the organization to have an efficient flow of collaboration that when they were previously using social networks such as reddit.
Blockchain technology also allows cross collaboration allowing the organization to process their co-ordination and collaborative efforts in an environment that is free of segregation of information between the team members.
RLoop plans to reward the community for their collaborative efforts towards innovative engineering, this will be in a decentralized environment with members from different parts of the globe, traditionally rewarding such people would attract high cross border financial transaction charges. This will be solved by its tokenized economy allowing micro-processing of rewards automatically.
Conclusions
Blockchain features such as distributed ledger technology and the use of smart contracts are one of the many tools rLoop plans to sue towards allowing the decentralize community work in a collaborative organization that is decentralized and be able to reward them for their efforts. This feature will allow the organization to be fully governed by the community with no central authority.
