You might be wondering what is rLoop ! Well it's one of my favorite blockchain project working in a decentralized environment that has crowdsourced engineering and designer talents that are working towards developing and launching hyperLoop technology as the fifth mode of transport that will revolutionize the transport industry.
rLoop has been able to research and develop an award winning hyperLoop pod working as a decentralized organization that taped global talent and using the internet towards management and co-ordination of its activities and processes. The decentralized group of engineers and designers were able to design hyperLoop pod prototypes, work on the development of the pods and launched the pod within a short period of time.
Why is rLoop moving on to the blockchain?
rLoop is one of the first engineering decentralized organization and the first of its kind to decentralize high technology, they plan to improve the effectiveness of its processes through blockchain technology. In this article I will explain why moving on to the blockchain is a wise decision for rLoop and why rLoop is moving onto the blockchain.

Centralized organization with a vertical management model have experienced problems with their management systems where the process of making decisions has been time involving and effective especially in matters that require urgency. RLoop plans to decentralize the management process allowing the flow of information and the communication process to be horizontal and in an effort to improve the decision-making process in a decentralized team of engineers, designers and supporters. Horizontal management process eliminates the barriers of communication and decision making which can highly affect a decentralized organization such as rLoop.
