Was shocked to see this obtrusive beast in our local grocery store. I’ve been reading about them popping up in malls and other tech places around the US but in a grocery store? Granted it’s the biggest supermarket store chain in the country Stop and Shop but why the hell are they putting it in them? I don’t see a benefit from them, just more spying, data collection and false ‘security’.
