A nice rock formation i found while racking needles from the Joshua tree i trim. Also check that post out to see image of cut i got across my finger into my nail.

I was excited to see this big chunk of Chalcedony next to my boot this morning. I cleaned the dirt off and was happy to see a solid piece of formation in bowl shape. Hope you enjoy as much as i do through the visual images i took. Amateur rockhound just got lucky but i am beginning to notice Golden Valley area is layered with these cool mineral formation.
