The yearbook belongs to Beverly Young Nelson, who accused Roy Moore of groping and attempting to rape her when she was just sixteen years old. Nelson’s lawyer, Gloria Allred, originally claimed that the entire note was written by Moore, but Nelson had just recently come forward to admit that the date and restaurant annotation were hers. However, she emphasized that the other parts of the inscription are real, and she fully stands by her accusation.
