Day 26; Your gaming ambition for the next year
I want to get paid to be a DM. roll20 allows for this, and paid games I see typically have DM's with 1000+ hours of experience with the site being the ones most hired. I enjoy being a DM, and I think paid games might attract better people who will be less likely to be rules lawyers and annoying jerks because they could potentially waste their money by doing so.
I want to do this because honestly DM's are in short supply and I've heard time and time again from my players that they wished they could pay me or and such. A few have by being kind enough to buy me games off of Steam so I can have more to play on stream. So I get the feeling that if roll20 shows I have enough hours and I offer my services as paid and I have a strong enough idea people will jump on board.
Until then, however, I am happy as I am. DMing 3 games a week and playing in 4 more is amazing, and I'd like to keep that up because it gives me a good reason to look forward to something most days :)
