I'm still full of snot/mucus, but I've got a fun run on Sunday to train for, so I went out today. The weather has improved over the last couple of days and it was just right. I set up an intervals routine on me Endomondo app where they build in length before decreasing again. I headed to a local park for this to get away from the roads.
I was surprised to beat a record, but I did go for it on the sprints. I probably go too fast in the recovery minutes. At least I can see a difference in pace.
I tried some pull-ups and dips on the bars in the park afterwards, but they were not impressive. I'd like to build my upper body a bit.
This was on the way back. A typical cycle park in Stevenage.
