Hello guys.. It's been a long time since I was here.
So, where should I begin?
When I first joined here, the first group I became part of was @SilverBloggers, and it has always felt like family to me. Why? The people here have been incredibly welcoming and friendly, so I think it’s only fitting to start here once again.
And I'm also grateful for there is this sb-chronicles, as it gives me a great starting point. The topic for this prompt is:
Tell us a fun story about how you learnt to drive a car, or ride a bicycle...
I’m not entirely sure if I can say that I truly learned to ride a bicycle. I first attempted it at the age of 12 during one of our vacations in Tarlac. My mom's co-teacher always invited us during my childhood.
The bike that I used to use back then was a BMX bike.

However, the bike I had was not as fancy as this one. It was a bit worn out and didn’t have a hand brake, so I had to use my feet to stop whenever I needed to.
When I first met the kids, they were already playing with their bikes, and I felt like a total newbie. They kindly let me borrow one of the bikes I had been describing, and I was thrilled for my first ride. They helped me learn how to use the bike, and after a while, I got the hang of balancing on it.
One of the kids suggested we have a race, and I eagerly agreed, not realizing there was a cliff at the end of the road. As the race began, I hurried to be the first to reach the finish line. Suddenly, I heard someone shouting, “Stop! Stop! You have to stop now! There’s a cliff in front of you!” All the kids were laughing as I stood there, flustered, staring at the cliff.

That’s how I learned to ride a bike, but I never actually owned one myself, and it's been 6 years since I last rode a bike and by the way, every time I rode a bike I always ended up having blisters and scratches on my knee so I guess bike is not for me.
Thank you @silverbloggers for making my come back an easy one for me. Will be looking forward for more #sb-chronicles.
